Aboriginal Business Canada
There are over 20,000 Aboriginal businesses in Canada, active in every sector of the economy. Since 1989, ABORIGINAL BUSINESS CANADA has worked with over 5,000 firms, providing financial and non-funded support. Program investments of over $300 million have led to an infusion of almost a billion dollars into the Aboriginal private sector and encouraged a renaissance in Aboriginal business. Heading into the next century, these results allow the program and its clients to build on this foundation and embark on New Directions for Growth.
