ACJNET - Publications
This site is about a pension from the Canada Pension Plan, when you have stopped working because of a disability. The federal government runs the Canada Pension Plan. Its purpose is to provide retirement benefits. It also pays disability pensions to people who have stopped working because of a disability, taking the money from a fund of worker and employer payments.

Fighting for Fairness
This website was launched as part of an effort to reform the disability tax credit (DTC), which allegedly discriminates against people with mental health disabilities. This initiative has since been supported by organizations representing a wider range of disabilities, whose members have also been disallowed the DTC based on its eligibility criteria. Visit the site for more information and action.
