has anyone else experienced corruption @WSIB?????

I recently returned from the tribunal and they released all documents. I now have false and misleading medical reports dating back to 1983...

Naturally the false and misleading medical reports are the ones used to make decesions in your claim.. The ligitimate ones are tossed a side .... It is impressive the extent wsib will go to to pinch pennies on a $6 per hour claim.... Basically what I am trying to say is the service is shoody@wsib.... And they need us to make appeals , so they can employ more torqe mada's .....
Does anyone no of a good insurance company that will cover lost wages in the event of a serios accident ?????.

The rapid responce from wsib is denial of service ...but you do have the right to appeal...

the President & CEO of WSIB David Williams
makes $752,000 per year...ect I had my leg crushed @work and couldn't afford my medication not to mention food?????????

THE SERVICE IS SHODDY @WSIB

In my claim i have the same problem ,crushed leg ,they say foot, erronous information,if i rock the boat they tip it,no one is willing to slay the giant .MPs . or other officals look the other way. Ombudsman, supports them not you. I was injured 4/12/85 my claim is now just a blurr, appeals ,tribunals, and more erronous missleading material this has been my life, even after you win your tribunal they well not change thier ways .They are an Insurance Company protected by our goverment ,once you cash the cheque you lose the right to sue . Not everyone can sit down and starve waiting on thier due process, so you concede. But i will not be silent the day is coming, the truth well surface.

You know, this is very disturbing - that decisions are being made on the basis of information that is just plain wrong.

We are trying at the moment to find out where the B.C. government is getting its information to deny disability benefits recommended by a variety of informed experts. How does this happen? Nor is there any public record of these tribunal decisions, which means the public has no way of determining whether these programs are achieving their mandate? We're particularly disturbed because the BC Coalition of People with Disabilities here, the experts on various benefits and supports, are not being consulted. Well, our question is this: If the government is not taking advice from experts, from whom is it obtaining information? We are prepared to go all the way through various Freedom of Information applications to find out.

We would be pleased to run a forum at [www.bcdisabilities.com] to address precisely the stories you describe. Please send them to us. When government decisions may have grievous health consequences, the public has a right to know who provided the expertise behind them.
