The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (www.gtaa.com) needs volunteers to assist with the Toronto Pearson Airport Operation Trials of the new accessible Terminal 1. The trials will be scheduled from September to mid-December 2003. Children welcome. Free parking and free refreshments. Trial scenarios include:

* Access for Passengers with Disabilities & Airport Customer Assistance Program (ACAP)
* Way finding in Terminal
* Check In Process
* Pre-Board Security Screening
* Airside Bussing
* Gate & Boarding Process
* 4 Advanced Trials simulating opening day operations
