A Message from Wally Fox-Decent,
Chairperson,
Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba

The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is pleased to sponsor EnableLink as a resource for injured workers and their families.

I see EnableLink as a partner which contributes to the WCB of Manitoba's strategic initiatives minimizing risk of workplace injury and disease, minimizing the impact of injury and disease and building safety conscious workplaces in Manitoba.

Please log onto our website at www.wcb.mb.ca. I hope it provides a useful base of information for you and I also encourage you to visit our publications page which provides a complete list of publications you can order on-line. Our most recent publications include Back to Basics, a guide for preventing back injuries and caring for yourself when they occur, and Managing Disability Cases A Guide for Manitoba Workplaces. We have had many requests for these publications and they have been very successful in Manitoba workplaces and in the medical community.

The WCB of Manitoba strives to provide more timely and effective support to injured workers and their families. We are strategically working in partnership with other agencies such as EnableLink. I hope you find both the Enablelink website and the WCB of Manitoba's website useful tools to help you gather the information you need.
