Projections Abilities International Film festival has wound to a close. By all counts it was most successful. We wish to thank all our participants: the filmmakers, those of you who volunteered and our wonderful audience. You were all part of our success.

AND THE WINNERS ARE!!!!!

The audience choice award for Best Drama over 30 minutes went to Rush 1 written and directed by Cilla Ware and Ray Harrison Grahman

The audience choice award for Best Drama under 30 minutes went to I'm Not From Hear, by Toronto filmmaker, Catherine MacKinnon.

The audience choice award for the Best Documentary over 30 minutes went to Forbidden Wedding by New York filmmaker, Flavia Fontes.

The audience choice award for the Best Documentary under 30 minutes went to Beauty, written and directed by Alex Bulmer, formerly of Toronto now of London, England.

There was a tie in the audience choice award for the Best Performance Piece and so the awards went to two films by director, John Killacky. They are Dreaming Awake and Walking Inspired.

The audience voted Ray Harrison Grahm's Rush 2 as the overall festival favorite.

We congratulate the winners and all our outstanding filmmakers. The films were wonderful and we are all most grateful for the privledge of being able to screen them.
