** CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS **
Applications are now being accepted for the 2005 Community Learning Awards. Supported by the Office of Learning Technologies, HRSDC, these awards honour community learning initiatives that help communities to build their capacity for informal learning, by using information and communications technology.

We want to hear about your community-based program that supports the development of skills and learning for individuals in your community, using technology as a tool. Of particular interest are initiatives that help integrate the disabled into the communty; and programs that provide Aboriginal learners with the skills and lifelong learning competencies they need to get and keep a job.

For more information, and to enter your submission today, visit http://www.conferenceboard.ca/education/awards/default.htm
or contact Linda Scott at The Conference Board of Canada, [email protected] . Deadline: March 25, 2005.
