Hello.
I'm in need of some assistance. I am a Canadian living in Japan. My husband was injured in an avalanche last year and during the course of his hospitalisation and rehabilitation we befriended a young free-skier who was paralized while performing last year. This kid has an amazing spirit. His heart and soul is what carried us through our tough time!! We are trying to figure out a way to show him how much his friendship has meant to us. The relationship has always been based on a mutual love of "doing". One of the most important things we think we can do for him is help him figure out how to become more active again. I am really interested in activities an organizations for quadrapaligics. I did a web search and I'm posting messages on any and all sights. Advice and tips would be appreciated by us all. Thank you.
